Kaleigh has spent the past decade bringing spaces to life. With over 10 years of experience in property management and vacation rental design, she discovered a passion for transforming homes into inviting, market-ready spaces. That passion led her into staging, where for the past 5 years she’s styled and staged more than 100 homes throughout the DMV area.

With a background in photography, Kaleigh brings a trained eye for detail and composition, ensuring every space not only feels welcoming in person but also shines in photos and marketing materials.

In 2025, Kaleigh was honored with the opportunity to take over Staged Beautiful from its founder, Dawn Earles — a respected expert and leader in the staging field. Carrying forward Dawn’s legacy, Kaleigh combines creativity, professionalism, and a personal touch to help every home put its best face forward.

Staged Beautiful services are available in the Eastern Panhandle of WV, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
